Job summary

Axon seeks a senior, owner-minded professional to own customer outcomes in strategic accounts. You will lead end-to-end deployment, adoption, and optimization of Axon’s platform onsite, coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure mission outcomes are achieved.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles, program management, or complex deployment environments.
• Former law enforcement or military experience preferred, not required.
• Proven builder: shipped automations, agents, workflows, integrations, or AI-enabled tools in customer environments.
• Comfort across hardware, software, cloud, AI-enabled tech, and integrated systems.
• Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders, including command staff.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance and adhere to security standards.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment, adoption, optimization, and ongoing success onsite across accounts.
• Design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows that solve defined agency problems.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Services to resolve issues in production.
• Develop trusted relationships with agency leadership and operational stakeholders; lead reviews and strategic planning.
• Capture customer insights and measure usage and mission outcomes to influence roadmaps.
