Job summary

Apex Water and Process Inc. in Dallas/Fort Worth seeks an Account Manager to grow and manage the customer base, applying water treatment expertise to recommend solutions and communicate results to leadership and clients.

You will work in the field at customer sites, performing routine service, supporting boiler, cooling, RO, process, and drinking water systems while traveling up to 15% of the time and maintaining a professional image at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• General knowledge of cooling tower systems, steam generation, and closed-loop systems.
• Experience in technical service/sales in industrial water treatment is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for explaining technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer base and grow territory with leadership support.
• Sell and support water treatment products and services at customer sites.
• Work onsite to ensure water treatment programs run within optimal ranges.
• Assist with chemical feed and inventory management.
• Participate in delivery, installation, commissioning and repair of systems at customer sites.
• Manage and place orders, track inventory and act as the face of Apex to customers.
• Conduct routine service and business reviews with customers.
