Job summary

Fraza, together with Vitan Equipment, is hiring an Account Manager in the Michigan region to drive service contract sales in the material handling sector. You will grow new business, manage key accounts, and deliver tailored, consultative solutions for forklifts and vertical product lines.

You will lead opportunities and renewals, coordinate scheduling, and partner with service and OEM teams to ensure a seamless, high-value customer experience while traveling across the territory as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience in forklift/material handling with service contracts.
• Strong relationship-building, qualifying, and consultative selling skills; excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to close service contracts, renewals, and upsell; proficient with CRM, MS Office, and quoting tools.

Responsibilities

• Outside Sales focus: Sell service contracts for forklifts and vertical products to new and existing customers.
• Prospect, close opportunities, manage renewals; upsell PM, warranties, emergency service, and remote monitoring.
• Lead account reviews, need assessments, and solution-based proposals using the company CRM.
• Coordinate orders, service scheduling, maintenance visits, and delivery for seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers, Service, Parts, and OEM partners; track pipeline and performance metrics.
• Provide market insights to sharpen sales strategies and drive customer satisfaction.
