Fraza / Vitan Equipment in Michigan is seeking an Account Manager to drive service contract sales for forklifts and vertical product lines, grow new business, manage key accounts, and provide tailored, consultative solutions.

You will sell service contracts, manage renewals, upsell maintenance, coordinate orders and service visits, and collaborate with Territory Managers, Service, Parts, and OEM partners to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in forklift/material handling required.
• Proven track record selling service contracts or maintenance programs.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Sell service contracts and coverage for forklifts and vertical products.
• Close opportunities, manage renewals, and upsell maintenance plans.
• Lead account reviews and develop solution-based proposals.
• Coordinate orders, service scheduling, and deliveries.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers, Service, Parts, and OEM partners.
• Provide market insights to sharpen sales strategies.
