Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily relationships with Big Box retailers and third-party vendors to maximize sales opportunities and uphold brand standards.
• Execute strategies, lead field sales operations, and support partners through audits, training, and business reviews.
• Lead meetings and trainings to ensure partners meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver product, promotion, and offering information to drive awareness and sales.
• Collaborate with partner owners to develop growth plans aligned with Spectrum objectives.
