Job summary

LGG Industrial is seeking an Account Manager in Chico, CA to develop and strengthen relationships with customers, identify needs, and drive sales across product lines. You will work with a collaborative team to acquire, develop, retain, and manage strategic customers in designated territories.

The role requires 2+ years in sales or an Industrial Distribution degree, travel within the territory, and a commitment to safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, service, and/or industrial distribution experience or a college degree in Industrial Distribution or related degree program.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory, including overnight travel.
• Ability to work nights and weekends or overtime as required.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells company products to new and existing customers.
• Develops and manages a territory plan to exceed targets for gross profit and sales.
• Builds strong relationships with customers and internal teams via onsite and virtual communication.
• Maintains accurate data in CRM and conducts regular business reviews with customers.
• Travel within assigned territory and occasionally work after hours.
