Job summary

LGG INDUSTRIAL in Williston, ND is seeking an Account Manager to grow and strengthen customer relationships, identify needs across product lines, and drive sales with a focus on acquisition, development, retention, and management of strategic customers in the territory.

You will work as part of a collaborative team to deliver value, manage a territory plan, and maintain CRM data while ensuring safe, compliant operations on-site.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of sales, service or industrial distribution experience OR a college degree in Industrial Distribution or related field.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; capable of travel within the territory and some overnight travel.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends, overtime as needed; on-site role in Williston, ND.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells company products to new and existing customers.
• Develops and manages a strategic territory plan to exceed gross profit and sales targets.
• Builds relationships with customers and internal teams; maintains accurate data in CRM.
• Communicates business reviews, order status and pricing; ensures on-time delivery.
