Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply in the southeast United States is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales growth and nurture strong relationships with contractor customers and regional partners. RDC/Branch location involvement and hands-on field activity are required to succeed.

You will develop market-specific plans, optimize routes for efficiency, and actively educate customers on Crawford's value-added offerings while striving to meet or exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience.
• 2+ years of industry-related sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Must possess an assertive personality with high energy and resilience.
• Excellent verbal communication, time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Creating and executing a market-specific sales plan that meets or exceeds sales goals.
• Optimizing call routes to maximize time in the field and overall efficiency.
• Being regularly available and responsive to customers' real-time needs.
• Meeting regularly with customers in the sales market to understand their needs.
• Educating customers on Crawford's value-add offerings.
