Crawford Electric Supply, part of the Sonepar family, is seeking an Outside Sales professional to drive market growth from our RDC/Branch location. You will develop and execute sales plans, engage with customers, and promote Crawford’s value-added electrical solutions.

The role emphasizes building strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and representing Crawford in the local market. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with 2+ years in the industry preferred.

• 2+ years of industry related experience.
• Proven track record of consistent achievement of sales goals.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a market-specific sales plan to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Optimize call routes to maximize time in the field.
• Be regularly available and responsive to customers' real-time needs.
• Meet with customers regularly to understand their needs.
• Educate customers on Crawford's value-add offerings.
• Identify and pursue existing customer opportunities.
• Build long-term, productive relationships with customers.
• Champion Crawford's brand in the local community.
• Identify and execute local marketing activities to grow sales.
