Job summary

Vestis Corporation is seeking an Account Executive - Uniforms to strategically grow new business across a defined territory. You will prospect, cold-call, qualify leads, and set appointments with decision makers, presenting Vestis—our comprehensive uniform and workplace solutions—to win new accounts and expand market share.

Strong closing skills, CRM proficiency, and field readiness are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
Proven success in outside B2B sales.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience with CRM and sales tools.

Responsibilities

Develop a customer base by identifying new prospects and cultivating relationships using product materials and cold calling to sell Vestis products and services.
Developing and qualifying leads within territory to drive sales opportunities through lead generation campaigns.
Proactively initiating action with target customers by finding creative methods to establish and maintain customer engagement.
Securing a high number of first appointments with target customers’ decision makers.
Maintaining and updating prospect status, ensuring efficient funnel progression and timely follow-ups.
Following-through with selling activities to maximize close ratio and drive revenue growth.
Demonstrating strong closing skills and ability to work independently in a field-based role.
Traveling as needed to cover the territory and build relationships with customers.
