Job summary

Spectrum Business is seeking an Account Executive in the United States to drive growth for small business clients by delivering Spectrum’s communication solutions and expanding our reach.

As an Account Executive, you will prospect, perform needs analyses, and guide clients through the full sales cycle across data, phone, video and mobile services. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of sales or telecom experience are required, with a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience or 2+ years of telecom or technical industry experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business sales by engaging small businesses within your assigned sales territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to identify Spectrum Business solutions for each client’s communication requirements.
• Achieve sales and product targets across data, phone, video and mobile services from first contact through final sale.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, presentations and closed deals using required software and tools.
• Collaborate with other business groups to ensure seamless order execution and exceptional customer service.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay current with Spectrum’s products and strategies.
• Consistently simplify and enhance the customer experience through proactive communication and support.
