T-Mobile is seeking an Account Executive for the Business Team Sales to drive new business with small enterprises (1-9 employees) in the Harrisburg/York/Lancaster area. This hunter role focuses on prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and solutions-based selling to close deals and expand T-Mobile's footprint in underserved markets.

Responsibilities include lead generation, needs analysis, and presenting tailored wireless solutions, plans, and devices.
