Job summary

Delta Defense is seeking an Outside Sales Account Executive in the Dallas, TX area. You will build trusted relationships with ranges, retailers, and instructors while presenting the USCCA story in a consultative manner.

The role requires evenings/weekends aligned with class schedules and travel about 70% within your territory. Base pay is $70,000/year with a 12% commission and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass State Property & Casualty Insurance exam (training provided).
• Professionalism, discretion, and integrity are essential.
• Self-driven, organized, and accountable.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong local presence by developing relationships with ranges, retailers, instructors, and partners within your territory.
• Deliver engaging group presentations after concealed carry classes without sounding like a hard pitch.
• Educate individuals on training, liability protection, and responsible self-defense.
• Close USCCA memberships using ethical, consultative methods.
• Manage and grow your territory pipeline with consistent presence.
