Delta Defense LLC is seeking a Part-Time Outside Sales Account Executive for the Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas area. The role focuses on building relationships with ranges, instructors, and retailers while promoting USCCA membership benefits.

You will travel within the territory, engage with firearm professionals, and drive sales in a face-to-face, relationship-driven environment. This position does not include full benefits and offers flexible scheduling for a self-motivated individual.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven ability to close sales and meet targets.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to obtain State Property & Casualty Insurance license (training provided).
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite & Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Represent the USCCA in rural markets through education, outreach, and relationship-building.
• Maintain and expand relationships with partner ranges, firearm instructors, and retailers.
• Deliver compelling group presentations and drive awareness of USCCA Membership benefits.
• Support CCW classes and onboarding events with accurate, compliant, and mission-aligned messaging.
• Present and sell USCCA membership benefits to individuals and groups through pitches, classes, and events.
• Collaborate with marketing and other support teams to organize, schedule, and execute sales events for maximum results.
• Travel within assigned territory to attend partner events, training, and community engagements.
• Work hours will vary based on event schedules and territory needs.
