Job summary

Delta Defense, LLC is hiring for a Detroit, MI area Outside Sales Account Executive. The role focuses on face-to-face relationship building with ranges, retailers, and instructors to introduce USCCA memberships.

You will deliver after-class presentations, educate customers on training and liability protection, and close memberships using ethical, consultative sales techniques. Travel ~70% within territory and evenings/weekends required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in outside sales is preferred.
• Ability to pass relevant insurance exam training provided.

Responsibilities

• Develop real relationships with ranges, retailers, instructors, and partners in your territory.
• Deliver engaging group presentations after classes that share the USCCA story without sounding like a pitch.
• Educate members on training, self-defense liability protection, and responsible ownership.
• Close USCCA memberships using consultative, ethical sales techniques.
• Manage and grow your territory pipeline with consistent activity.
• Ensure a strong member experience from first contact through post-sale follow-up.
