Job summary

Thompson Safety, a Houston-based provider of on-site first aid and fire protection services, seeks an Account Executive for Philadelphia. You will drive new business, manage existing accounts, conduct meetings, and present services to clients.

You’ll prepare proposals, negotiate terms, onboard new accounts, and coordinate with operations. Expect to meet sales targets, stay updated on industry trends, and represent the company at local events.

Qualifications

• B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in safety, industrial, or service industries.
• Strong prospecting, lead generation and pipeline management skills.
• Effective communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills; on-site field work readiness.
• CRM proficiency and ability to use office software to track activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business and manage existing customer relationships.
• Prospect, qualify leads, and conduct in-person and virtual sales meetings.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and contracts, and onboard new accounts.
