Delta Defense, the private company behind the USCCA, is hiring an Outside Sales Account Executive in Boise, ID. This face-to-face role focuses on building trust with ranges, retailers, and instructors, delivering education and securing memberships, with travel ~70% and evening/weekend hours to align with class schedules.

You'll earn a base of $70,000/year with 12% commission after 90 days, plus benefits and a training program. This is a calling for those who care about self-defense and freedom.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass State Property & Casualty Insurance exam (training provided).
• Strong professionalism, discretion, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong local presence with ranges, retailers, instructors, and partners.
• Deliver engaging group presentations after concealed carry classes.
• Educate individuals on training and self-defense liability protections.
• Close USCCA memberships using consultative, ethical sales.
• Own and grow territory pipeline with consistent prospecting.
• Deliver an outstanding member experience beyond the sale.
