Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking an Account Executive to sell pest management services to commercial customers. You will join a results‑oriented environment and participate in a comprehensive training program to learn our offerings and build solutions.

Responsibilities include creating new business opportunities, developing territory strategies, and meeting/exceeding sales targets while using our CRM. Travel up to 100% within assigned territory is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred two years of B2B sales experience; prospecting skills welcomed.
• Willing to travel up to 100% of time within territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Sell pest management services and products to commercial customers; grow the business.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil's programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure excellent service.
