Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a driven Account Executive to sell Commercial Pest Management services and products to new and existing business customers. You will operate in diverse market segments, learn our programs, and progress through a comprehensive training program to master our pest management offerings.

You will focus on building a strong pipeline through cold calling, prospecting, and networking, while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred two years of experience in B2B sales with prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking).
• Self-motivated, hunter’s mentality with the ability to work independently.
• Must obtain any required industry licenses provided and paid for by the company.
• Travel up to 100% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for Commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Rentokil’s programs, pricing policies, and services.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure service delivery.
• Use the company CRM to complete daily sales activities and track performance.
