Job summary

Rentokil is seeking Account Executives to drive growth in our pest management services for commercial clients across hospitality, healthcare, and retail. You will join a results-oriented team and participate in a comprehensive training program to learn our programs and pricing.

You will craft proposals, present solutions, and lead territory development through cold calling, networking, and cross-selling while delivering outstanding service. Travel within territory is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Two years of B2B sales experience preferred (prospecting skills a plus).
• Willingness to travel up to 100% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect facilities and sell pest control solutions and preventive maintenance for commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
