Job summary

Rentokil is seeking Account Executives in the United States to sell Commercial Pest Management Services and Products to new and existing commercial clients. You will join a results-oriented team and go through a comprehensive training program to learn our pest management offerings and how to present proposals that win business.

Responsibilities include building new opportunities, inspecting sites, and creating territory strategies to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license from your current state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Two years of B2B sales experience preferred, with prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking).
• Self-motivated, hunter’s mentality with the ability to work independently.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions to Commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil’s programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure service delivery.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the CRM.
