Job summary

Rentokil North America is hiring Account Executives to sell Commercial Pest Management Services and products to new and existing customers across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail.

You will learn our programs, propose pest control solutions, and work in a results‑driven team with comprehensive training. Travel up to 100% within territory is required, and strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• 2 years of B2B sales experience (preferred).
• Self-motivated hunter mentality with ability to work independently.
• Willingness to obtain required industry licenses.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross‑selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and entry points.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for commercial clients.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Rentokil programs, policies, pricing, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the CRM.
