Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to sell pest management services to commercial clients across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail sectors.

You will participate in a comprehensive training program to understand services, inspect for infestations, and translate findings into proposals and presentations that close deals. The role emphasizes a hunter’s mentality, self-motivation, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred two years of B2B sales experience, including prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking).
• Self-motivated, hunter’s mentality with the ability to work independently.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).
• Industry licenses will be provided and paid for by the company.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions plus preventative maintenance for commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Rentokil’s programs, protocols, pricing, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships and collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company CRM.
