Job summary

Restaurant365 is seeking an Account Executive for Commercial Sales in the Orange County and Los Angeles, CA area. You will own the full sales cycle for R365 Payroll and Workforce Management, building a strong pipeline and delivering tailored demos to restaurant operators.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of sales experience, a track record of exceeding quota, and familiarity with payroll/software solutions. Remote-friendly role with in-territory visits and a clear path to go-live.

Qualifications

• Experience running a full sales cycle with a primary decision maker.
• Strong discovery, demos, and closing skills.
• Experience selling payroll, workforce management, HR, or related software is preferred.
• High energy, self-motivated in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales cycle for Commercial payroll opportunities from prospecting through close.
• Build and manage your own qualified pipeline via outbound and inbound leads.
• Run discovery with owners, operators, and payroll contacts to understand needs.
• Deliver tailored demos of R365 Payroll and Workforce Management.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce and Gong records with next steps and forecast.
• Hand off to Implementation and Customer Success and drive go-live readiness.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Ops.
