Job summary

Restaurant365 is seeking an Account Executive, Payroll Sales, Commercial to drive the end-to-end sales cycle for Payroll and Workforce Management solutions to mid-size restaurant operators.

You will build your own pipeline, conduct discovery with operators, and deliver tailored demonstrations connected to payroll workflows and ROI. A strong track record of quota attainment and CRM proficiency is essential, with remote work flexibility and a competitive compensation structure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience with a track record of quota attainment.
• Experience running a full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Experience selling payroll, workforce management, or related software.
• Strong knowledge of payroll fundamentals and compliance considerations.
• Proven ability to build pipeline via outbound and inbound motions.

Responsibilities

• Own the Commercial payroll opportunities from prospecting through close within a full quota.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline through outbound and inbound channels.
• Conduct discovery with owners, operators, and finance/payroll contacts.
• Demonstrate R365 Payroll and Workforce Management in line with operator workflows.
