Job summary

Restaurant365 is seeking an Account Executive, Payroll Sales to drive the Commercial payroll and workforce management solution for small to midsize restaurant operators. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, build your own pipeline, and ensure new customers go live after the sale.

You will partner with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Implementation, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to run discovery, deliver tailored demos, use ROI tools, and close on standard

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant sales experience with quota attainment.
• Experience running a full sales cycle with a primary decision maker.

Responsibilities

• Own the Commercial payroll opportunities from prospecting through close and handoff.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline via outbound and inbound leads within existing R365 customers.
• Run discovery with owners, operators, and payroll contacts to understand needs and buying requirements.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations of R365 Payroll and Workforce Management.
• Use ROI tools to show measurable value (labor visibility, efficiency, compliance).
• Handle objections and close new business on standard terms.
• Maintain Salesforce and Gong records with next steps, dates, and forecast.
• Collaborate with Sales Eng, Marketing, Product, Implementation, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
• Stay current on payroll fundamentals and industry challenges affecting operators.
• Use approved AI tools responsibly while reviewing outputs for accuracy and confidentiality.
• Seek feedback to improve results and help the team.
