Job summary

F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG is seeking an Account Executive for Centralized Diagnostics in a field-based role covering Northern IL and Milwaukee. You will be the primary Roche contact for a defined customer base, deepening hospital partnerships and closing new opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales, strong communication, and the ability to navigate a regulated environment, with travel as needed to cover the territory.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years relevant sales or Roche experience.
Good oral and written communication skills including impactful presentations.
Negotiation, contracting and problem solving skills.
Ability to work in a regulated environment.
Strategic planning and organizational skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a heavily matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

Primary contact for a given customer base; face of Roche to IHN partners.
Identify and close new opportunities outside current customer base.
Collaborate with cross-functional experts to drive revenue goals.
