Job summary

Roche is seeking an Account Executive in Centralized Diagnostics to lead field sales and be the face of Roche to IHN partners. This field-based role concentrates on a capital and consumable quota within a defined geography, partnering with current customers and expanding to new opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years relevant sales experience.
• Strong oral and written communication, including presentations.
• Negotiation, contracting and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for a given customer base and represent Roche to IHN partners.
• Deepen hospital partnerships and identify/close new opportunities outside current customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional experts to solve problems and drive revenue goals.
• Field-based role with territory coverage and travel as needed to maximize customer-facing time.
