W.W. Grainger, Inc. is seeking a Field Account Representative (FAR) in the McAllen, TX area to drive outside B2B sales with an average of 85 existing customers and a portfolio value of about $2 million.

You will understand MRO challenges and present Grainger''s value proposition through demonstrations of features and benefits, spending most time at customer sites. You will create territory plans, build account strategies, and leverage technology and resources to deliver timely, valuable meetings

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree or higher preferred.
• 1+ years of sales experience required.
• Valid driver''s license and ability to travel with occasional overnights.

Responsabilités

• Create a territory plan that assesses and prioritizes customer needs and meets targets.
• Build and execute account plans to grow customers and relationships.
• Leverage CRM and resources to plan meetings, build trust and grow sales.
• Maintain an active pipeline and drive opportunities to closure.
• Prioritize leads, manage opportunities, and document interactions for follow-ups.
