Job summary

Compass Pathways plc is hiring a Field-based Patient Access Liaison (PAL) to enable patient access at the site level by supporting REMS certification, education on coverage and reimbursement, and operational readiness across REMS, specialty pharmacy, and distribution networks. The PAL strengthens account relationships and maintains CRM records to support the field team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in field reimbursement and patient access.
• Experience navigating healthcare ecosystems and payer landscapes.
• Experience supporting access, coverage verification, and prior authorizations.
• Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Educate sites on REMS certification and enrolment.
• Support site access workflows and strengthen relationships with stakeholders.
• Provide compliant education on coverage, coding, payment, and appeals.
• Educate on case management processes and affordability programs.
• Identify and resolve case-level access barriers via approved pathways.
• Coordinate treatment logistics across REMS, HUB, and partners.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation for cross-functional visibility.
