Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support argenx's immunology portfolio by optimizing patient access and reimbursement across medical and pharmacy benefit channels. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years' reimbursement experience.
• Deep knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance reimbursement models.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting biologics, immunology, or rare disease therapies.
• Familiarity with buy-and-bill, infusion reimbursement, site-of-care, and payer management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary reimbursement resource.
• Educate healthcare providers on coverage policies, prior authorizations, claims, and appeals.
• Develop account-specific access strategies.
• Manage complex reimbursement issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Patient Support Services, Market Access, and Sales.
• Develop territory plans utilizing CRM and data analytics.
• Ensure operational compliance and address access barriers proactively.
