argenx is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to optimize patient access and reimbursement across medical and pharmacy benefits. You will educate providers, navigate prior authorizations, and develop territory access strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to remove barriers to therapy.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in reimbursement, strong payer knowledge, and the ability to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years in reimbursement or related healthcare field.
• Experience with therapies reimbursed under medical and pharmacy benefits; knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and payer requirements.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with healthcare providers and staff.
• Willingness to travel and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in neurology, immunology, rare diseases, or complex specialties preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary reimbursement and patient access resource within the territory, building trusted relationships.
• Educate customers on patient access, reimbursement policies, prior authorizations, claims, and appeals.
• Develop account-specific access strategies and navigate payer challenges per policy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely patient access and payer-ready strategies.
