Job summary

Syneos Health in Riverside, CA is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to minimize reimbursement barriers and streamline patient access to therapies. You will navigate multiple internal stakeholders, sales teams, payer teams, and HUBs to enable reimbursement and support across regions.

Responsibilities include establishing access services, site-of-care onboarding, and ongoing account management while ensuring optimal patient access and case status communication with HUB.

Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/device sales experience.
• Strong preference for Buy & Bill and Specialty Pharmacy experience.
• Previous rare disease experience preferred.
• Knowledge of private payer (MCO), Medicare, and Medicaid structures, systems, methodology, and reimbursement policies.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a Hybrid environment.
• Valid driver’s license with travel (including overnights/weekends).

Responsibilities

• Establishing access services/support, patient-specific coverage, and site of care options including infusion centers.
• Identify potential site of care locations and on-board sites with ongoing account management.
• Ensure optimal patient access and effective pull-through at account and patient level.
• Monitor patient adherence to treatment over time.
• Educate physician offices on coverage and product coding with colleagues.
• Coordinate daily case updates with HUB and communicate status to field partners.
• Provide reimbursement materials and support to physician offices, infusion centers, and HUB partners.
• Demonstrate territory planning and time management for the geographical area of responsibility.
