Syneos Health in Washington, DC seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to optimize patient access and minimize reimbursement barriers. You will work with HUBs, payers, and field teams to ensure coverage and timely approvals across a diverse geographic area.

The role requires strong knowledge of billing/coding, experience with Buy & Bill and specialty pharmacies, and the ability to travel. A BS/BA and 5+ years of pharma/biotech sales are required.

Qualifikationen

• BS/BA Degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/device sales experience.
• Strong preference for Buy & Bill and Specialty Pharmacy experience.
• Previous rare disease experience preferred.
• Proven knowledge of hubs, billing, coding and appeals across physician types.

Aufgaben

• Establishing HCP/office access to reimbursement services and coverage.
• Identify potential site of care locations and onboard sites.
• Ensure optimal patient access and site-level pull-through.
• Monitor patient compliance and adherence to treatment.
• Collaborate with regional directors and medical specialists on coverage and coding education.
• Lead daily case updates with HUB and communicate status to field partners.
• Support sales with reimbursement materials for physician offices and infusion centers.
