Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for Southern California to manage a dedicated territory, educate providers on access and reimbursement, and drive patient access to products. This contracted role focuses on payer processes, insurance authorization, and collaboration with HUB and market access teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in managed care, field reimbursement, patient services, or related sales.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities that support patient access and act as liaison to HUB and other access services.
• Provide in-person field visits as an extension of the client’s HUB.
• Participate in client meetings and input activity into CRM systems.
• Serve as payer expert and communicate payer changes to stakeholders.
• Educate offices on reimbursement processes, forms, and prior authorization procedures.
• Educate physician office staff on patient support services and provider portals.
