Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to minimize reimbursement barriers and improve patient access to therapies. This role requires navigating multiple stakeholders, including sales, payer teams, and HUB, across a defined geographic region.

The FRM will lead site onboarding, optimize coverage, coding awareness, and account-level pull-through, while coordinating closely with Regional Directors and Medical Specialists.

Qualifikationen

• BS/BA degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/device sales experience.
• Strong preference for Buy & Bill and Specialty Pharmacy experience.
• Knowledge of private payer (MCO), Medicare, and Medicaid structures and reimbursement policies.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

Aufgaben

• Establishing HCP/office access services, including patient-specific coverage and site of care options.
• Identifying and onboarding site of care locations and managing site accounts.
• Ensuring optimal patient access and effective pull-through at account and patient levels.
• Monitoring patient compliance and adherence to treatment.
• Educating physician offices on coverage and coding of products, collaborating with Regional Directors and Medical Specialists.
• Managing daily case updates with HUB and communicating status to field partners.
• Distributing reimbursement materials to sales partners and physician offices, infusion centers, and HUB partners.
• Demonstrating territory planning and time management across the geographic area.
