Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to minimize reimbursement barriers and improve patient access. You will navigate across internal stakeholders, sales teams, payer groups, and HUB to support sites of care and patient coverage.

Responsibilities include educating physician offices on coverage, coordinating with HUB, and ensuring timely case updates and travel as needed. A hybrid environment and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/device sales experience.
• Strong preference for Buy & Bill and Specialty Pharmacy experience.
• Previous rare disease experience preferred.
• Knowledge of private payer structures (Medicare/Medicaid) and reimbursement policies; ability to lead multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Establishing HCP/office partnerships and understanding access services for patient coverage.
• Identify potential site of care locations and onboard sites for ongoing account management.
• Ensure optimal patient access and effective pull-through at account and patient levels.
• Monitor patient compliance and adherence to treatment.
• Educate physician offices on coverage and product coding; collaborate with HUB and regional directors.
