Syneos Health, Inc. in Charleston, WV, invites applications for a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to reduce reimbursement barriers and improve patient access to therapy.

The role requires working across sales, HUB, PAYERS, and cross-functional teams to navigate complex reimbursement processes. The FRM will engage with sites of care, coordinate with HUB partners, and educate offices on coverage and coding.

Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/device sales experience.
• Strong preference for Buy & Bill and Specialty Pharmacy experience.
• Previous rare disease experience preferred.
• Proven experience with Hubs, in-depth knowledge on billing, coding, appeals across physician types.
• Knowledge of private payer (MCO), Medicare, and Medicaid structures, systems, methodology, and reimbursement policies and processes.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a Hybrid environment.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnight stays.

Responsabilités

• Establishing HCP/office access services and patient-specific coverage options.
• Identifying site of care locations for patient treatment and managing site accounts.
• Ensuring optimal patient access and effective pull-through at account and patient levels.
• Monitoring patient compliance and adherence to treatment.
• Collaborating with Regional Directors and Medical Specialists to educate on coverage and coding.
• Leading daily case update meetings with HUB and communicating case status to field partners.
• Distributing reimbursement materials and supporting physician offices, infusion centers and HUB partners.
• Demonstrating territory planning and time management to cover the geographic area.
