Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to serve as the reimbursement, access, and coverage SME for client products. The FRM will analyze issues and support field teams, sales, marketing, and government affairs while adhering to corporate policies.

The role requires 3+ years in pharma/biotech and 2+ years in reimbursement or specialty pharmacy fields, with local/national travel and a BA/BS degree.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical and/or biotech experience.
• 2+ years of experience in pharmacy, specialty pharmaceutical sales, reimbursement/access, specialty pharmacy & distribution, or patient support services.
• Endocrinology experience preferred.
• Local and national travel required.
• Ability to operate as a “team player” in collaborating with multiple sales representatives, sales leadership, and internal colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze access/reimbursement issues affecting product access and payer coverage.
• Provide access/reimbursement education to HCP offices.
• Provide education to field teams on access/reimbursement per approved direction.
• Provide education and support on Specialty Pharmacy issues for payer products.
• Explain how products are covered under Commercial, Medicare Part D, and Medicaid benefits.
• Support patient access by offering subject‑matter expertise on payer coverage within policies and SOPs.
