Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to minimize reimbursement barriers and improve patient access across a defined territory.

You will collaborate with Regional Directors, Medical Specialists and HUB partners to educate offices on coverage and coding, while managing multiple sites of care and payer landscapes. The role requires 5+ years in pharma/biotech/device sales, Buy & Bill experience, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/device sales experience.
• Buy & Bill and Specialty Pharmacy experience preferred.
• Rare disease experience preferred.
• Experience with HUBs, billing, coding and appeals across physician types.
• Knowledge of private payer (MCO), Medicare & Medicaid structures and policies.
• Strong ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational, project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a Hybrid environment.
• Willingness to travel including overnights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Establish HCP/office access services and site of care options.
• Identify site of care locations and onboard sites for ongoing account management.
• Ensure optimal patient access and effective pull-through at the account and patient level.
• Monitor patient compliance and adherence to treatment.
• Educate physician offices on coverage and coding with colleagues.
• Maintain daily case update meetings with HUB and communicate status to field.
• Support sales partners with reimbursement materials and assistance.
• Demonstrate territory planning and timely coverage of geography.
