Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to minimize reimbursement barriers and improve patient access to therapy across a defined territory in Riverside, CA.

You will collaborate with HUB, sales, and payer teams to streamline coverage, coding, and billing processes. The role requires 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/device sales, strong knowledge of payer structures, and the ability to travel; hybrid work arrangement and a base salary of $170,000–$180,000 are

Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/device sales experience.
• Experience with Buy & Bill and Specialty Pharmacy preferred.
• Rare disease experience preferred.
• Knowledge of private payer structures, Medicare, and Medicaid reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish access services and patient-specific coverage with sites of care options.
• Identify site of care locations and onboard sites.
• Ensure optimal patient access and site account management.
• Monitor patient compliance and adherence to treatment.
• Educate physician offices on coverage and coding of products.
• Coordinate daily case updates with HUB and communicate status to field partners.
• Provide reimbursement materials to physician offices and HUB partners.
• Demonstrate territory planning and time management for geographic area.
