Job summary

Syneos Health in Columbia, SC is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to navigate payer policies and hub workflows, improving patient access to therapies. You will collaborate with regional leaders, Medical Specialists, HUB teams and payer partners to minimize barriers and streamline reimbursement processes.

The role focuses on site-of-care coordination, coding/billing education for physician offices, and ongoing patient access optimization, with a hybrid work arrangement and travel as required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical/biotech/device sales experience.
• Preference for Buy & Bill and Specialty Pharmacy experience.
• Prior rare disease experience preferred.
• Knowledge of private payer (MCO), Medicare, Medicaid structures and reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage HCP/office access, including patient-specific coverage and site of care options.
• Support site onboarding and ongoing site account management in infusion centers and related settings.
• Ensure optimal patient access and effective account- and patient-level pull-through.
• Monitor patient compliance and adherence to treatment.
• Educate physician offices on coverage, coding of products, and collaborate with Regional Directors.
• Coordinate daily HUB updates and communicate case status to field partners.
• Provide reimbursement materials and assist physician offices, infusion centers and HUB partners.
• Demonstrate territory planning and time management across the geographic area.
