Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support the Miami, FL territory. You will educate healthcare providers on reimbursement, work with sales and PECS teams, and address access barriers to ensure patients start and stay on therapies.

The role requires up to 50% on-site engagement with HCPs, strong communication, and a solid background in payer processes within Innovative Medicine and MedTech. Travel across the Miami area is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in payer/claims processes and patient access.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and commercial payer policies.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to travel up to 50% (on-site visits).

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures, and coding requirements of payer organizations.
• Collaborate with field support team members and serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert for the local team.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field support team members.
• Utilize data and account management skills to proactively address access barriers.
• Act with urgency and accountability to address critical access and affordability issues for patients.
• Partner with managed care colleagues to understand current policies and potential changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support and education.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers in all assigned accounts.
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and account planning.
• Maintain and grow knowledge of market dynamics and payer types.
