Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to lead education, support, and issue resolution for healthcare providers in the Miami, FL territory. This role requires up to 75% on-site engagement with HCPs to optimize patient access to Janssen therapies.

You will educate on reimbursement, collaborate with the field team, and drive compliant access discussions while building strong relationships across payer types and internal departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (healthcare or business/public administration) required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account Management and/or Reimbursement experience in provider settings; building customer relationships.
• Experience with pharmacy and medical/buy & bill benefit design, coding, billing, prior authorizations, and appeals processes.
• Reimbursement or managed care experience (revenue cycle, buy-and-bill, prior authorization, coding, and appeals).
• Ability to influence across a matrix organization and to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support team members and serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field teams.
• Address access barriers using data and account management skills.
• Address critical access and affordability issues with urgency and accountability.
• Partner with managed care colleagues to understand policies and changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support aligned to FRM Rules of Engagement.
• Build trust-based relationships with customers in assigned accounts.
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and account planning.
• Maintain knowledge of national, regional, local, and account market dynamics.
