Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is seeking a Fiber Field Technician to install, maintain and monitor fiber optic networks in IL Rockford and surrounding areas. You will support wholesale and enterprise customers, troubleshoot issues, and work with a friendly, dynamic team.

The role offers shift premiums, on-call pay, a company vehicle, and opportunities to advance in a large global staffing organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a telecom environment or equivalent training.
• DS3/DS1 and SONET/DWDM installation/maintenance.
• Strong IP/MPLS fundamentals.
• Proficiency with OTDR, OSA, DS1/DS3 and Ethernet testing tools.
• Ability to analyze, monitor and resolve network issues promptly.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Excellent PC skills and communication.
