Job summary

You will diagnose faults, restore service, and coordinate with other teams to keep customers connected.

The role requires driving, on‑call duty, and the ability to work in varying schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of twelve months cable telecommunications or similar experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot analog and digital signals and networks.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot analog and digital optics to support node connectivity and network devices.
• Isolate and resolve fiber and coax issues across HFC/EPON networks.
• Perform construction maintenance, splices, and plant activation as required.
• Respond to service interruptions and coordinate with internal teams; work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Drive company vehicle and maintain equipment; complete paperwork accurately.
