• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and changing priorities.
• Ability to understand opposing viewpoints and negotiate to CMS interests.
• Ability to make decisions with moderate impact on immediate work unit.
• Organize and prioritize own work schedule (short-term).
• Ability to perform basic math, record, balance and verify results.
• Ability to produce detailed reports and manuals.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and file HUD claims timely and accurately per guidelines.
• Follow up on outstanding claim proceeds semi-daily.
• Perform loan-level reconciliation of claim proceeds, payments, and indebtedness.
• Provide posting instructions within 24 hours of receipt.
• Review and ensure timely completion of scheduled steps.
• Input completion dates when actions occur and adjust dates when needed.
• Daily routine follow-up.
• Inform supervisor of trends and problems such as denials or delays.
• Document servicing actions and communications in system notes.
• Ensure claim documents are imaged timely.
• Maintain HUD audit file.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
