Everleap Fertility in Brookline, MA is hiring a full-time Patient Financial Coordinator to join the Revenue Cycle team. You will manage patients’ financial accounts, explain financial options, determine insurance coverage, and educate patients on their options.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:30am–4:30pm. Responsibilities include consultations on obligations, documenting benefits, furnishing estimates, posting payments, and continuous account review to ensure accuracy and timely payments.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• EMR experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Review patient obligations and explain financial policies.
• Document insurance benefits and update progress notes.
• Provide estimates of upcoming treatment costs to patients.
• Apply payments and reconcile weekly financials.
• Respond to billing questions and follow up on accounts.
