Job summary

Everleap Fertility in Waltham, MA is seeking a full-time Insurance Coordinator - Verification & Authorization to join our growing team. The role focuses on verifying coverage, eligibility, and coordinating with insurance providers to facilitate infertility services.

You will work with internal reports, update scheduling information, and document progress in Artemis and/or billing systems, supporting smooth patient appointments and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Comfortable communicating with insurance companies and providers.
• Minimum 1 year medical reimbursement experience preferred.
• Proficient with computers and related technology.
• High energy with strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Run internal reports to determine patients needing updated verification of coverage/benefits.
• Navigate insurance websites to locate plans and verify coverage.
• Contact insurances by phone to verify eligibility and details of coverage for infertility services.
• Make updates and corrections to information provided by patients at time of scheduling.
• Document progress and office notes in Artemis EMR and/or billing system.
• Coordinate with out-of-state offices to obtain missing information prior to patient appointments.
