Job summary

Brigham and Women's Hospital is seeking a Fellowship Programs Manager to coordinate administrative aspects of clinical fellowship training within Pathology. The role requires understanding of national accreditation policies and hospital rules, with initiatives in recruitment, onboarding and project management.

The manager will collaborate with residency coordinators and faculty, handling scheduling, credentialing, budget input, and program communications across multiple fellowships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; master's preferred in Business Administration or Health Care Administration.
• 2–5 years of work experience in Graduate Medical Education, hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; meticulous with data and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, scheduling and credentialing for fellowship programs.
• Support Fellowship Directors with curriculum planning, conferences and evaluations.
• Manage data, budgets and communication with faculty, fellows and partner departments.
• Oversee onboarding, rotations, and approvals; ensure compliance with ACGME and hospital policies.
• Monitor program progress, assist with special projects and reporting to leadership.
